Welcome to FinoQube Financial Services LLC (“FinoQube”). By accessing our services, website, or any affiliated platforms, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
1. Scope of Services:
FinoQube provides financial tracking, invoice management, reconciliation support, and administrative escalation coordination. We do not offer legal advice, tax preparation, or act as a collections agency.
2. Payment Terms:
All services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis or as one-time setups. Payments are processed via Stripe. Failure to complete payment will result in the suspension of services.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once services are initiated. FinoQube does not issue pro-rated refunds.
4. Portal Access & Booking:
Client access to private resources and Calendly scheduling tools is granted only after payment confirmation. Sessions must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over. Missed sessions are forfeited if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Limitations of Liability:
FinoQube shall not be held liable for third-party software outages, incorrect financial data provided by clients, or any financial loss resulting from decisions made using our reports or templates. Services are provided “as is” and without guarantees of outcome.
6. Privacy:
We value your data and will never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Changes to Terms:
FinoQube may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
